- Has broad, in-depth knowledge of the business and acts as the first point of reference.
- Works on relatively complex, high profile activities and projects involving committees and/or senior management and may sometimes include the end-client.
- Works on onboarding clients and investment managers
- Drives initiatives and work processes to improve or address gaps. Works closely with peers in other regions to achieve alignment
- Works with Consultants and Senior Consultants in the team, on maintenance and implementation of initiatives, procedures, and onboarding activities, while building towards becoming an area expert.
- Operates under general supervision but works independently most of the time
- Uses existing procedures to solve standard problems; analyzes information and standard practices to make judgments
- Has limited impact on own work team
- Requires conceptual knowledge of theories, practices and procedures within a job discipline
- Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience
- Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions and checks for understanding
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Previous Financial Industry Operations, Client Servicing and/or Investment Operations experience a plus
- Previous exposure to business process and/or technology enhancement initiatives
- Business Analysis background, with experience being part of the Business Unit Accountable for own contributions
