And if that’s you we would love to have you join us!Job DescriptionJob Overview:We are actively seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Software Test Engineer with a strong background in automation testing using TypeScript and Python. As a Senior Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in leading and enhancing our software testing processes. You will collaborate closely with the development team, utilizing your expertise to mentor junior team members and drive the evolution of our testing methodologies.Responsibilities:

Lead the development and maintenance of sophisticated automated test scripts using TypeScript and Python
Collaborate with the development team to lead the identification and resolution of defects, ensuring a high level of software quality.
Document and effectively communicate test results and findings to stakeholders, providing insights into the quality of the software.
Work collaboratively with other Test Engineers and Developers to enhance testing processes and methodologies, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
Provide mentorship and training to junior team members, sharing your knowledge and best practices in automation testing.
Contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive test strategies, ensuring thorough coverage of all functional and non-functional requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor or master degree in Computer Science or a related field. A master's degree would be a plus.
5+ years of progressive experience in software testing, with a focus on automation testing.
Strong knowledge and expertise in software testing methodologies and techniques, with a proven track record of successful automation testing projects.
Extensive experience with TypeScript and Python for automation testing.
Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate testing efforts, mentor junior team members, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a careful attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English. Chinese language skills are a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Proven track record of career growth, showcasing the potential to advance into a Test Architect role.
