Senior/Maintenance Manager (Fleet & Heavy Equipment)

• Oversee preventive & corrective maintenance for a fleet that may include cranes, tractors, tow tugs, loaders, lifting platforms, and other specialized industrial vehicles.
• Manage fleet lifecycle planning, utilization, servicing schedules, and ensure compliance with statutory and safety regulations.
• Lead capital investment and fleet upgrade projects, from planning through execution, ensuring on-time and cost-effective delivery.
• Develop and enforce asset management strategies, including spare parts inventory, vendor management, and service contracts.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum 8 years of progressive maintenance and leadership experience, ideally with fleets of heavy vehicles or specialized equipment.
• Strong background in fleet management, project execution, and reliability-centered maintenance.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, optimize resources, and drive cost efficiency, as well as excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
