
Assistant Executive Officer, Student Admissions Office (6-month contract)

- Work closely with the team to support the department with the following:
- Prepare Weekly Recruitment Data;
- Prepare Presentation and Resource Data Reports;
- Email management & follow up with Agents for Prospect List;
- Prepare Marketing Resources and Post-Activities;
- Schedule meetings, preparing documents, and coordinating communication with stakeholders; and
- Note-taking for meetings.
- Perform front desk duties, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer
- Minimum diploma in any discipline, with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Meticulous with good interpersonal, administrative, and organisational skills.
- Team player who enjoys working and interacting with internal and external stakeholders
