Admin activities in the procurement workflow to raise purchase requisitions/orders etc
Admin activities in the receivable/payable workflow e.g raising of invoices, ensure invoices are approved
Assist project managers in consolidating all billing matters ie clients, subcontractors, vendors
Project Office Administration
Maintain project team contact list
Document filing of electronic documents in accordance with project framework compliant to ISO standard
Coordinate and liaise with project teams to ensure all project related documentations are in place
Perform other administrative tasks to assist core team members
Presales coordinator and support for tender cycle
Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned

RequirementsWhat are we looking for?

Minimum Diploma in IT, Business Administration, Business Studies or equivalent
At least 3 years of experience in similar job capacity
Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint
Meticulous, detailed-oriented and responsive to follow-ups
Good Team player
Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills, both oral and written
Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently
