- Admin activities in the procurement workflow to raise purchase requisitions/orders etc
- Admin activities in the receivable/payable workflow e.g raising of invoices, ensure invoices are approved
- Assist project managers in consolidating all billing matters ie clients, subcontractors, vendors
- Project Office Administration
- Maintain project team contact list
- Document filing of electronic documents in accordance with project framework compliant to ISO standard
- Coordinate and liaise with project teams to ensure all project related documentations are in place
- Perform other administrative tasks to assist core team members
- Presales coordinator and support for tender cycle
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned
- Minimum Diploma in IT, Business Administration, Business Studies or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in similar job capacity
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint
- Meticulous, detailed-oriented and responsive to follow-ups
- Good Team player
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently
