
Regional Sales Manager (Infrastructure and Data Centers)

- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales growth for Distribution Transformers within the region.
- Collaborate with the broader Siemens-Energy APAC Sales Team to contribute to the overall sales strategy.
- Demonstrate critical thinking and strong business acumen in all sales activities, staying informed about market trends and competitor activities.
- Engage with consultants and EPC's to identify future projects, build a healthy pipeline, and manage opportunities using CRM tools.
- Participate in customer negotiations, manage bidding and pricing strategies, and conduct win/loss analysis for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate agents in the region, set business goals, and provide support to achieve regional sales targets.
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related role.
- Deep knowledge and selling experience in the Infrastructure and Data Centre Industry.
- Demonstrated ability to build a plan around achieving sales targets.
- Strong critical thinking, business insight, and adaptability to market conditions.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel and build strong client relationships across the region.
