
Assistant Relationship Manager, Private Wealth

- Assist Relationship Managers in daily client servicing, including account opening, onboarding, trade execution support, and general queries.
- Prepare meeting materials, investment proposals, and portfolio reviews for clients.
- Track and follow up on client instructions, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Support RMs in identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities across products (equities, bonds, funds, structured notes, alternatives).
- Contribute to marketing campaigns, referral initiatives, and client events to deepen client engagement.
- Conduct basic client and market research to support prospecting and lead generation.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, MAS regulations, and AML/KYC requirements.
- Monitor account activities, flag anomalies, and support risk-mitigation measures.
- Maintain accurate and updated client records in CRM and reporting systems.
- Work closely with Investment Consultants, Product Specialists, and Business Support teams to deliver holistic solutions.
- Assist in coordination of events, seminars, and campaigns to enhance Private Wealth branding.

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, engineering or related fields.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in private banking, wealth management, or financial services (internships considered for fresh graduates with strong aptitude).
- Strong client-service mindset with excellent communication skills in English, and high proficiency in Mandarin
- Good understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
- MAS-recognized CMFAS certifications (M1A, M2, M5, M6, M6A) preferred or able to obtain soonest within probation.
