Work proactively to problem solve with yield or quality impact on our products through development of measurement recipes that can provide quick and accurate feedback on the product integrity. Participate in new technology development and startup alongside with Research & Development (R&D) fabrication (Fab) site in US. Share Best-Known-Methods and lesson learned across the network. Set up tool qualification criteria and implement monitoring through Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts. Collaborate with Engineering Operations and/or Application teams to optimize tool maintenance schedules and utilization. Develop and run projects crafted to enhance inline detection, improve efficiency, reduce cost, reduce tool measurement variability and improve machine availability. Partner with the tool suppliers and owners to explore innovative ways of doing things to overcome the challenge of the shrinking technology nodes. Support Fab through data analysis, providing knowledgeable summations of results and recommendations on how to proceed with process changes, equipment availability improvements and cost reduction work. Ensure engineering team is trained on recipe maintenance, tool recovery, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities for the assigned tools. Determine Sampling strategy to meet Production, Process Control and Quality requirement. Must have Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering or Science from a recognized institution between May 2024 to May 2026 Strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus Demonstrated leadership and a track record of impact are highly desirable
