Job Description:CBAP PROGRAMME STRUCTUREThe 6-month programme will equip you with the technical competencies, financial knowledge and relationship management skills needed to excel in the industry.

MONTH 1: Structured Training & Rotation within Commercial Banking
MONTH 2 TO 6: Rotation across functions that work closely with Commercial Banking
Mentorship Programme with veteran Commercial Bankers for 6 months

DURATION: July 2026 - December 2026LEARNING FORMAT: Hybrid learning comprising of virtual and face-to-face classes.CURRICULUM: 6-month structured learning (virtual and face-to-face classes), online learning, job rotations to various departments and customised mentorship with Senior ManagersWHO SHOULD JOIN?

Graduates from all courses of study.
No relevant experience required.
Individuals with strong adaptability skills, communication skills, creative, analytical and love interacting with people.
Strong interest in pursuing Commercial Banking as your future career.
