- Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers to achieve targeted referral volumes and successful conversions.
- Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and case studies to enhance Relationship Managers' knowledge of insurance products, sales strategies, and process execution.
- Develop innovative ideas and actionable plans to drive sales activities and improve key financial metrics.
- Provide expert advisory services on Universal Life and other tailored Premier Bancassurance products.
- Offer comprehensive wealth solutions to clients, including retirement planning, endowment planning, and wealth accumulation strategies.
- Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements as stipulated by the Bank and relevant external authorities.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant sales experience within the banking industry.
- Possess valid and relevant insurance certifications.
- Proven track record in insurance sales, preferably within a bancassurance or wealth management environment.
- Demonstrated success in serving high-net-worth (HNW) clients, with strong expertise in premier insurance solutions such as Universal Life.
- Strong understanding of insurance concepts and in-depth product knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
