Provide timely technical support to lab user
Data extraction from the information system for quality improvement projects, statistics, and regulatory compliance purposes
Taking immediate action when hardware/software issues arise. Perform investigation identifying root cause & follow by mitigating actions to resolve the issue & implementing preventive measures
Coordinating on inhouse hardware & software upgrading program
QA duties such as daily maintenance of the information system, ensuring proper functions
Review and perform housekeeping of proper documentation following the policies
Assist HOD in drafting tender details, budgeting, evaluation & procurement of IT-related hardware/software
Closely working with other sections in charge to implement contingency/business continuity plan in the event of system/ equipment downtime with no interruption to the lab operation

Job Requirements:

Degree/Master in Bioinformatics/ Biomedical Science / Life Science, Clinical Laboratory Science or equivalent
Able to work independently
Experience in operating lab equipment & good understanding of laboratory workflow.
