- Act as ShopBack's on-ground ambassador, ensuring merchants feel confident and supported in adopting our digital payment and loyalty solutions.
- Distribute and set up POSMs (point-of-sale materials) as part of enabling a seamless customer journey.
- Conduct in-person merchant education and training sessions, helping them maximize the use of ShopBack tools for their business growth.
- Support execution of on-ground campaigns and projects that contribute to user acquisition, retention, and merchant satisfaction.
- Serve as a first line of support for merchant questions, feedback, and troubleshooting, ensuring issues are resolved or escalated effectively.
- Collect and document merchant information, including storefront images, POSMs, and training progress.
- Gather merchant insights and share structured feedback with internal teams to continuously improve our solutions.
- Uphold ShopBack's values by delivering a consistent, professional, and positive partner experience.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor to support ongoing business needs.
- Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in ground operations, customer service, or related fields preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Independent, detail-oriented, able to multitask effectively, and adaptable with a proactive mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
