In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products/systems/services within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-HybridThis role is contributing to the B&R Industrial Automation Pte. Ltd., RAMA in Singapore country in SEA region. Main stakeholders are B&R Industrial Automation GmbH.You will be mainly accountable for:
- Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy.
- Ensuring efficient sales activities and communicates value proposition to customers.
- Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.
- Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed.
- You have a Degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering and a demonstrated track record in delivering automation projects or technical sales within the industrial sector.
- You are immersed in daily sales activities and engaged in the machine automation industry market. You enjoy working with customers and solutions involving industrial automation systems.
- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Automation or a related Engineering field, with a demonstrated background working as a sales engineer with PLC or Servo Motion technologies.
- You possess an enhanced knowledge of automation technologies and are highly adept in developing technical proposals and automation system solutions.
- You are passionate about problem-solving and captivated by customer engagement. You are innovative around technical solution design and strategic sales approaches
- You are at ease communicating in English and Chinese language.
- You hold a current valid driver’s license in Singapore, and you possess a valid identification to work in Singapore where required.
