The idsMED Group is a member of Fung Investments.Job DescriptionJob ResponsibilitiesPlan, implement, and monitor the flow of goods from suppliers to warehouses and from warehouses to customers.Collect and interpret data from various sources (databases, ERP, spreadsheets, etc.)Analyse datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomaliesPrepare reports for internal and external stakeholdersCollaborate with supplies to ensure timely stock availability.Monitor inbound and outbound deliveryCoordinate with transport service providers.Track inventory levels and manage stock to avoid shortages or overstock situations.Prepare and maintain logistics-related documentation (e.g., inbound documents, POD).Generate reports on logistics performance, cost analysis, and delivery timelines.Coordinate with customer regarding delivery schedules and order fulfilment.Resolve any logistics-related issues such as delays, damages, or losses.Work Experience & QualificationMin Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management / Data Science / Computer Science / Statistics / MathematicsExperience / knowledge in Supply Chain/ LogisticsProficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Python, etc.)Fluent in both written and spoken EnglishGood working knowledge with Ms Office applications.Hands-on experience with Inventory management modules of any ERP Systems will be advantageousApplication InstructionsPlease apply for this position by submitting your text CV using InternSG.
