- Lead and manage a team of direct/indirect employees to plan and execute Turnarounds & Shutdowns
- Ensure TA Manual compliance: Site Long Range Plan, Steering Team / Core Team, Facilitator, Addendum/Discovery management, contracting strategy for TA / Project.
- Continual Improvement via benchmarking efforts to reach top quartile TA performance in Safety, Cost, Schedule, Quality and Productivity
- Manage turnaround projects and TA/SD CAPEX
- Recognised degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- More than 10 years of relevant experience in oil, refinery, petrochemicals or chemical processing of which 5 years in leadership or managerial roles. Project and contracts management experience are added advantage.
- Knowledge of process plant production and maintenance, including construction, commissioning, plant start-up / shut-down & especially turnaround management
- Experience in Maintenance, Project or TA Management (including field execution)
- Contracts Management/Negotiation, familiar with contracts / supply terms, agreements & administration
- Strong leadership skills, excellent stakeholder and communication skills and able to organize resources and delegate effectively.
- Ability to take a strategic view and still have a good eye for details.
- Ability to promote teamwork and possess interpersonal effectiveness.
- A good team player, builds effective cooperation and trustful culture, seeks all collaboration opportunities. Possess strong situational appraisal skills, able to prioritize actions with alignment to company values and goals and having sense of urgency.
- Strong work ethic with positive attitude and ability to make timely decision through good analytical process & problem solving.
