- Act as the EHS lead for Southeast Asia and Australia, overseeing all Environment, Health & Safety matters in the region.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and advisor to internal stakeholders on EHS-related issues, working in close collaboration with the Regional EHS team.
- Develop the EHS roadmap and action plans to achieve performance goals and metrics.
- Carry out site inspections, guiding subsidiaries to ensure compliance with local EHS laws, company policies, building safety standards, and environmental regulations (including waste management, emissions control, and sustainability initiatives).
- Establish EHS performance indicators and drive the adoption of best practices for safe work procedures.
- Deliver internal EHS training, conduct risk assessments, and perform safety audits.
- Lead incident investigations, prepare reports, and recommend corrective or preventive actions to reduce recurrence.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve EHS performance and implement enhancement initiatives.
- At least 10 years of professional experience in EHS roles.
- Strong knowledge of EHS regulations across Southeast Asia and Australia.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, Environmental Studies, or a related discipline.
- Professional EHS certifications are preferred.
