This includes user guides, FAQs, training materials, SharePoint sites, infographics and emails where appropriate.Learn the different techniques to gather user feedback to better understand needs and adjust communication plan accordinglyLearn how to liaise, communicate and manage stakeholders from various departments and functional teams to achieve change goal to a satisfactory levelEligibility:Keen to develop themselves in the profession of change management and internal communicationsArticulate communication and writing skillsTeam player who is motivated, enthusiastic, confident and eager to learnHighly organised with effective time managementAble to work independently and complete tasks within the deadlineProficiency in Microsoft Office tools (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Basic design skills, Canva video editing experience would be an advantage.
