In this role, you will work closely with our project managers and team members to accurately document and visualize organizational processes and workflows using PowerPoint or related software. Your primary responsibility will be to create clear and concise process maps, flowcharts, and diagrams that illustrate the sequence of activities, decision points, and interactions within various business functions.Requirements:Currently enrolled in a university program, recent graduate, or pursuing an internship in a related field such as Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or Information Systems.Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint or similar software for creating visual representations of processes.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex processes into manageable components.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and concise manner.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in process documentation.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies related to process mapping.Prior experience or coursework in process improvement, business analysis, or project management is a plus.Availability to work part-time or full-time hours on temporary or contract basis, depending on internship or student status.Application InstructionsPlease apply for this position by submitting your text CV using InternSG.
