- Perform inventory management, tracking stock and transactions to ensure proper documentation, and cycle counting and stock take;
- Check and inspect incoming materials, and issue materials to relevant requesters;
- Organise the store in order to optimise space and ensure tidiness;
- Process and fulfil customers’ orders and support with shipment planning and arrangements;
- Packing orders and liaising with customers up shipment updates and other relevant queries;
- Manage freight services for inbound and outbound shipments;
- Support customs documentation;
- Ensure tidiness of the store and that activities are in line with company policies.
- Secondary education with at least 3 years in a similar role
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with inventory management and shipping documentation;
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- This is a 3-month, renewable contract role;
- This role is located in Southwest Singapore, and has a 5-day work week.
