- 1 - 2 years of relevant experience with finance experience
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Experience with SAP system will be adding advantage
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities
- Managing billing processes on SAP
- Handling the creation of purchase orders for third-party item purchases
- Monitor and control actual project costs, ensuring they align with budgetary expectations
- Managing the overall order-to-cash processes to contribute to revenue forecast accuracy and continuous improvement
- Generating various reports for local and regional management to provide insights into financial performance and compliance
- Ensuring that the books and records of projects are accurately maintained
- Supporting data cleansing activities within SAP
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
