  • Responsible for the daily store operations
  • Ensuring visual merchandising and housekeeping are kept to company standard.
  • Establish regular contacts with existing and potential customers, maintaining healthy customer relationship, keeping customers informed on new products or services, changes, etc.
  • Assisting the Store Manager in delivering a premium consumer and employee experience
  • Provides excellent customer service and maintains a pleasant shopping environment consistent with our brand image.
  • Constantly providing constructive feedback to the management on various aspects.
Job Requirements
  • Possess 4 years of retail experience
  • Minimum 1 year in management experience
  • Customer service oriented and cheerful disposition
  • Experienced in coaching and mentoring people
  • Ability to use retail business systems and Microsoft Office
  • Able to work retail hours on weekends and public holidays
