- Manage the creative team's day-to-day output, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
- Support the adaptation and translation of new branding directions into clear creative guidelines.
- Oversee and guide the Singapore and Johor Bahru creative teams in both functional and people management.
- Contribute to creative strategy discussions and support implementation across projects.
- Strong knowledge of graphic design, branding, and trend awareness (especially in home & interior).
- Solid project management and process management skills to handle multiple timelines and stakeholders.
- Experience in creative quality control, ensuring outputs meet brand standards.
- Familiarity with US creative styles and consumer preferences is a strong advantage.
