
Sales Manager (Electrification & Automation)

- Drive Market Strategies: Analyze market trends to create targeted sales approaches, maintain precise sales reports and forecasts, and leverage sales databases to track and capture new opportunities
- After-sales Services: Handle technical and commercial inquiries on retrofits, upgrading and maintenance of the MV Switchgear, LV Switchgear and other related systems.
- Relationship Building: Organize and lead technical sessions, workshops, and product demonstrations with clients and consultants.
- Business Development and Client Retention: Ensure delivery of after-sales service to current clients while actively prospecting for new customers and drive sales growth to achieve company revenue and profit targets.
- Partner Management: Work closely with the proposal and project team and vendors to ensure project compliance and reporting.
- Qualifications: Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Strong industry experience: 5-10 years in sales with local engineering contractors or switchgear firms.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in MV Switchgear (GIS and AIS) / LV Switchgears and MS-Office; knowledge on SCADA, Transformers, Aux power supplies will be a plus.
- Teamwork and Interpersonal Skills: Team player with strong interpersonal skills, and adaptable to fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
