Broad Function The job holder provides clerical and operational support to Clinical Operations services for the procurement process for all equipment to be purchased by Woodlands Health has been raised accurate and promptly Key Responsibilities and Broad Function The job holder provides clerical and operational support to Clinical Operations services for the procurement process for all equipment to be purchased by Woodlands Health has been raised accurate and promptly Key Responsibilities and Duties Main Responsibilities To raise Purchase Requisition (PR) for all equipment to be purchased Liaise and co-ordinates with Stakeholders on the requirement for the equipment to be purchased To seek approval from management if applicable To identify accurate and correct assets tagging and cost centres Creation of PR Ensure all document needed for procurement is in place Ensure PR is created accurately with all necessary information To inform cost centre owner for PR approval To monitor PR has been approved and PO has been created To have an updated copy of equipment master list including timeline for all equipment procurement status Provide logistics and admin support for office move and setup that includes the new admin office setup at future campus including defects check, and handover of space Provide secretariat and logistical support to department meetings and events for internal and external stakeholders. Duties may include scheduling, minute taking, preparing simple presentations and reports and data entry General Adhere to hospital policies and procedures Ensure efficient and smooth functioning of the procurement process and services Respect and protect company's rights and confidentiality Provide department support in ops setup for new WHC facilities Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisors Job Requirements Preferred Diploma or GCE 'A' Levels with at least 2-3 years of related experience in working with different stakeholders andknowledge of SAP system preferred Preferably with some months of working experience in procurement process in healthcare setting Able to multi-task and manage several projects simultaneously Able to communicate effectively at all levels with good interpersonal skills Possessgood command of the English language, both written and spoken Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential Proficiency in data, with an analytical mind for process efficiency would be an added advantage Empathetic and compassionate Ability to work meticulously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment A team player that is proactive and adaptable to change Please be informed that only applications submitted through NHG Career Webpage (corp.nhg.com.sg/Careers), WHC Career Webpage (whc.sg/joinus), JobStreet Singapore (jobstreet.com.sg), Singapore Medical Association (sma.org.sg), Singapore Nurses Association (sna.org.sg), MyCareersFuture.sg, LinkedIn and WHC appointed recruitment agencies will be considered.
