Client On-boarding Associate (6mths Contract, Private Bank)

• Responsible for account opening documentation formalities to the Private Banking teams
• Gather all relevant information and administer the account opening process for new/existing clients
• Review of standard/medium risk new account opening and adequacy of the Source of Wealth narrative
• Perform due diligence and ensure complete & accurate KYC checks
• Monitor and attend to any accounts exceptions and deviations to ensure compliance to Management guidelines
• Provide advisory and on the job training to the Private Banking teams
• Maintain and monitor spreadsheet on clients’ information
• Other ad hoc duties as required

• Degree holder with at least 2-3 years of account opening / client on-boarding experience from Private Banks
• Proficiency in MS office applications (Word, Excel, Access)
• Working knowledge of local regulatory guidelines, KYC and AML guidelines is essential
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Willing to work at Changi Business Park
