What the role is:As a member of the MND HR Analytics team and MND Digitalisation Office, you will drive data analytics initiatives to support making informed decisions about MND Family workforce and operations, through data-driven insights and analytics. You will also work on digitalisation projects to transform processes and enhance operational efficiency across MND. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping MND's digitalisation roadmap, particularly in HR transformation and Generative AI adoption, while ensuring compliance with information management policies.What you will be working on:
  • Engage stakeholders to identify their data needs and operational use cases to provide tailored analytical support and data-driven solutions • Develop comprehensive HR and other operations analytics dashboards to enable for resource optimisation and data-informed decision making • Lead the development and implementation of automation solutions using various tools including PowerAutomate, PowerQuery and Python, creating sophisticated scripts for complex business logic and data processing tasks • Design and implement robust data quality frameworks, including automated checks and validation systems to maintain data integrity across HR systems • Participate in HR business process review committees, providing technical expertise to identify automation opportunities and data capture points, while developing and implementing the identified solutions • Create dynamic automation solutions with configurable parameters, accompanied by detailed documentation and playbooks to enable business user team self-sufficiency • Leverage on advanced technologies including Generative AI, PowerAutomate, PowerQuery, Python, AWS, and workflow systems within the MND Family to develop enterprise-level solutions, and ensuring compliance with information management policies
What we are looking for:
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and requirement gathering • Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects • Expertise in data quality management and validation frameworks • Advanced knowledge of data visualisation tools (Tableau, AWS QuickSight and PowerBI) • Strong data automation skills using tools such as Python and PowerQuery • Experience in work automation tools such as UiPath and Microsoft PowerAutomate • Proficiency in implementing automation solutions using various tools and platforms • Knowledge of Generative AI tools and their enterprise applications
