Job Description:
  • Provide full office administrative and secretarial support for the administrative manager
  • Handling enquiries incoming calls & emails
  • Receiving and attending to visitors, maintaining office daily operations and bank affairs (collecting invoices)
  • Assist with sales and trading activities in Singapore for Korea-based SME clients
  • Finding potential local buyers and matching them with clients
  • Conduct research and collect the information requested by the management and advise clients for basic trade-related issues or processes etc.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in English and Korean to handle incoming calls from Korean clients
  • Preferred to have relevant experience, however, fresh graduates are welcome
  • Bachelor Degree preferred
  • Candidates with immediate availability preferred
  • Contract job of 6 months - 1 year, but can be flexible
