- Provide full office administrative and secretarial support for the administrative manager
- Handling enquiries incoming calls & emails
- Receiving and attending to visitors, maintaining office daily operations and bank affairs (collecting invoices)
- Assist with sales and trading activities in Singapore for Korea-based SME clients
- Finding potential local buyers and matching them with clients
- Conduct research and collect the information requested by the management and advise clients for basic trade-related issues or processes etc.
- Any other ad-hoc duties
- Proficiency in English and Korean to handle incoming calls from Korean clients
- Preferred to have relevant experience, however, fresh graduates are welcome
- Bachelor Degree preferred
- Candidates with immediate availability preferred
- Contract job of 6 months - 1 year, but can be flexible
