- Own and execute the long-term commercial strategy for Moonbug in APAC, identifying key markets and new products and developing innovative approaches to drive sustainable growth
- Deliver financial targets in a high growth environment
- Lead and grow the Singapore-based APAC team, fostering a high-performance culture built on creativity, collaboration, and bold thinking.
- Act as the senior commercial leader in the region, independently identifying and securing high-impact partnerships across distribution, original content, co-productions, and creative deals.
- Drive revenue through strategic deal-making - from VOD and linear channels to direct-to-consumer platforms and emerging models - ensuring optimal packaging, pricing, and positioning for Moonbug's portfolio.
- Champion market insight and creative innovation, using audience trends, data, and regional intelligence to inform product strategies, new initiatives, and long-term investments.
- Represent Moonbug at key industry events as a thought leader and brand ambassador in APAC, strengthening relationships with platforms, producers, broadcasters, and potential M&A targets.
- Proven track record of driving commercial growth in the APAC region, whether in media, entertainment, kids & family, education or digital growth sectors.
- Has been able to hit and outperform ambitious financial targets and take ownership of results
- Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships, whether streamers, broadcasters, and / or other digital partners, with an eye for both commercial value and growth potential
- A coach - able to build teams and creates high performing teams and future leaders; at the same time leading by example striking own deals and projects
- Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently and think creatively to shape long-term strategy while delivering short-term results.
