Order Fulfilment Assistant - East Side / Indoor Sales Officer/ Personal Assistant to MD

• Location: Loyang
• Daily lunch catered and paid by company
• Company bus from Pasir Ris MRT to company provided in the morning to work
• Mon to Fri (9am to 6.15pm) and once a month Sat (9am to 12pm)

• Follow up on behalf of MD for new customers enquiries & follow through on order confirmation
• Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads as provided by MD
• Handle potential customers' enquiries and gather feedbacks/comments on product samples and direct to relevant departments
• Generate sales report & quotations
• Co-ordinate and handle admin for specific export shipments
• Any other ad-hoc task as assigned by the MD

• Minimum poly diploma, Food Science or related
• Previous experience in a similar role would be preferred

• High EQ & Customer orientated
• Diligent, good perseverance and follow-up skills
• Highly motivated & energetic
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/ projects simultaneously
• Have strong interpersonal, communications, negotiation skills
• Trustworthy, maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
