Students who can commit full-time will be preferred.Join us as a Industrialization Process Engineer Intern to make an impact!Location: KallangThe Role:What will you do?

Assist in designing and developing the manufacturing process architecture in alignment with the new product launch schedule, under the guidance of the Senior Engineer
Conduct manufacturing feasibility studies in collaboration with RD teams
Collaborate with suppliers for equipment development and ensure compliance with specification
Launch and qualify the assembly line within industrialization budget, yield rate and schedule, by optimizing the end to end throughput rate and cycle time
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost, enhance efficiency and quality in supply chain and manufacturing

What qualifications will make you successful?

Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering,

Industrial Engineering, or similar * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Adaptive to change
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Any prior internship/experience in manufacturing processes, electrical/automation control, and assembly technologies are a plus point
Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
