
Assistant Project Manager

- Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and resource coordination
- Track project timelines, budgets, and progress across multiple sites
- Assist with procurement and logistics coordination for AV equipment and materials
- Document project updates, reports, and meeting notes
- Attend site visits to support project setup, testing, and handover
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors as needed
- Ensure compliance with project standards, safety, and technical requirements
- Handle administrative tasks such as project documentation, invoicing support, and client communication
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, AV Technology, Business, or related discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in a project coordination role within the AV, IT, systems integration, or a related technical industry
- Basic understanding of AV systems and components (e.g., cabling, displays, sound systems, control interfaces)
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with MS Office, project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet), and AV drawings
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and work onsite when required
