Our client is looking for a Relief Student Care Teacher to provide care, supervision, and guidance to primary school students, ensuring their safety, well-being, and positive development.

Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays (1PM - 4PM)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide care, supervision, and guidance to primary school students before and after school hours.
Ensure the safety and well-being of students during daily routines and activities.
Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive and conducive learning environment.
Assist students with homework, spelling, and other academic-related activities.
Facilitate enrichment, recreational, and character-building programmes.
Supervise meal times, hygiene routines, and dismissal procedures.
Step in to conduct lessons or activities when regular staff are absent.
Support centre operations and perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Centre Supervisor.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma or Degree in Education, Psychology, or Child Development.
Prior experience in student care, enrichment teaching, or preschool is an advantage.
Passion for working with children and ability to manage groups of primary school students.
Good communication, patience, and classroom management skills.
