What you will be working on:1. Manage procurement operations including executing the invitation and award process for procurements via quotations, period contracts and framework agreements; 2. Manage the invitation and award of quotation for the sale of obsolete equipment and scrap metals: 3. Provide administrative support including maintenance of performance records of PUB contractors and consultants, collation of information for cross agencies updates and reporting as well as upkeeping of tender forecast information published in PUB & MOF websites etc; 4. Provide guidance and advisory services to PUB officers on procurement issues as well as assisting in formulating procurement guidelines where necessary.What we are looking for:1. Preferably with prior experience in procurement role with knowledge in using ACE and GeBIZ systems 2. Candidates with no prior experience will also be considered 3. Able to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment 4. Motivated, meticulous, and possess good interpersonal skills 5.
