
Sales Manager- Water and HVAC

- Responsible for Singapore Water and HVAC sales targets and growth plan
- Independently develop the local Water/HVAC business strategy as the subject matter expert, and drive business growth through the successful implementation of that strategy
- Work with local and regional Danfoss stakeholders to develop targeted solutions to address customer needs
- Grow business with Water/HVAC projects with contractors, system integrators and partners (distributors), leveraging the support of regional and global Danfoss networks
- Grow partner business through development and implementation of business plans
- Mine new opportunities and develop win plans for pipelines
- Make adjustments to strategies to navigate surprise challenges and uncertainties
- Connect the dots with internal and external stakeholders in order to multiply efforts and develop win-win solutions
- Bachelor's degree in electrical/mechatronics engineering
- Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Performance driven - not afraid to suggest/take initiatives with team work
- Customer driven, and oriented with the priority on company success and profits
- Energetic and self-motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Fluent English and good communication skills
