Our comprehensive range of high-quality solutions and technical services covers the entire electronics supply chain, empowering businesses to thrive in today's competitive landscape.Who are we looking for?The incumbent for this position will perform receiving, in-process and outgoing inspection as well as analyze results using statistical techniques for any trend violation.What will you be doing?

Perform acceptance test on receiving material, in- process intermediates and Finished Goods
Analyzing customer RTV/in house retain samples to support customer complaints investigation and or process troubleshooting
Support QC measurements for engineering studies, product scale up and Technology transfer
Review SPC trend and highlight any trend abnormality to production engineering
Issue Production Batch Ticket to production via JDE ARS system
Advise on rework procedure to Production
Conduct Calibration and Maintenance of Laboratory equipment
Conduct periodic Measurement System Analysis
Liaise with vendor on Maintenance, Calibration, Troubleshooting and of Lab equipment
Generate monthly SPC report for customers
Generate COA (LIMS)
Generate Monthly scrap report
Internal Auditor for Management system (QMS/EMS/OHSAS)
Ensure good housekeeping of the laboratory at all times
Any other tasks as and when assigned.
Able to perform overtime when required

Who are You?Possess a Diploma or Degree in Chemistry with 1-2 years experience.Preferably worked in a chemistry lab environment, familiar with processing chemical samples.Ability to operate analytical instruments with minimal supervision.Able to perform overtime when required.What competencies will you need?

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Self-motivated and collaborative attitude
Analytical mindset with a keen eye for details
