  • Collaborate with the Risk & Compliance team in supporting adhoc projects on a day to day basis.
  • Organising and filing of corporate documents collected from clients.
  • Managing of files to meet the expectation during internal/external audits.
  • Identify potential risks and escalate to the Head of Compliance, APAC. This may include conducting of screening and perform adverse news search on clients and investors and report to the team in a timely manner.
  • Understanding of the compliance framework in terms of escalation and meeting requirements from applicable regulators.
What We Look For:
  • Prior experience in Compliance, Due Diligence or business management is preferred but not essential
  • Proactive, can-do attitude; able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to communicate fluently English, a second language would be a plus
