• First contact for regional clients regarding the bank's digital platform
• Document and maintain client's requests/enquiries
• Act as subject matter expert for authentication, trading, payments issues
• Ensure activities are in compliance with regulations and internal policies
• Perform signature verifications on operational documents

• >1 year of related banking experience
• Prior experience in client service or call centre
• Good understanding of banking and financial products
