This is a 12-mths contract role.Credit Administration for End-to-End Processing of HDB and Private Residential Home Loans (PHL)This includes the following functions:1. Processing and Checking of New Home Loan Applications2. Documentation Processing: This entails disbursement, redemption and other service-related requests, such as:- Restructuring of credit facilities after disbursement
- Partial capital repayment
- Repricing of loans
- Bridging Loans, etc.3. Safe-Keeping of Security Documents: Performed safekeeping of the security documents via CLIMS4. Liaison with External and Internal Parties: This includes solicitors, valuers, branches, contact centre, Mortgage Specialist centre, and other departments regarding mortgage-related issues and inquiries.QualificationsFresh grads are welcome to apply.Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Excel/ MS Word)Responsible, meticulous and able to cope well under pressure and able to work independently as well as in a teamWhat we offer:Competitive base salary.
