Support the plants in the detailed design and 3D modeling of piping systems, equipment, and associated structures in various engineering projects.
Conduct field checks to validate the integrity of proposed piping design
Lead and conduct 3D Model review, conduct site walkdown
Manage the contracts and work performance of the external piping designers according the plant's work demand and negotiate service level agreements.
Framework administration of advanced software tools such as Aveva E3D in collaboration with the global piping team.
Participate in change management processes for piping related changes, in doing so, analyze and evaluate the feasibility and relevance.
Ensuring that the piping designs adhere to safety standards and project/plant requirements.
Provide expert technical support for the plant engineers in the effective resolution of piping related issues like stress and alignment on the operating plants.
Acts as the organization's expert on piping related issues and matters

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree (Mechanical Engineer, Material Science or related)
Comprehensive related work experience (

10 years). * Solid understanding of international standards and industry best practices (piping design, stress, material suitability)

Experienced in coordinating and mentoring the work of junior designers and plant engineers.
Hands-on experience with brownfield piping engineering works
