- Foster partnerships with public agencies relating to the Whole-of-Government (WOG) e-learning eco-system. • Identify emerging needs of public officers and the agencies for business development, refinement and support of services provided by ILT. • Drive and execute content migration processes relating to the new eco-system including service design, customer experience and case management. • Develop communication materials for internal and external engagement. • Planning and management of service operations relating to the team's remit.
- At least 5 years of working experience in business development and managing customer outreach and engagement. • Effective written and oral communication skills. • Strong and confident interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and effectively engage stakeholders at all levels. • Keen attention to details with good organising skills. • Analytical and proficient in using data to measure impact and determine priorities. • Self-driven, resourceful and results-oriented. • Willing team player with a positive work attitude to support beyond the job scope. • Excellent time management and ability to multi-task. Please note that this position will be on a 3-year contract.
