- Collaborating with stakeholders (including users, business and internal teams) to understand their needs and form clear product scopes - playing the key role between our commercial teams and our technology teams, incorporating business needs and requests into our technology implementations
- Supporting in maintaining the product backlog, ensuring it is up-to-date, prioritised, and reflective of the product vision
- Bridging the communication between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring that there is alignment on (technology) product requirements and priorities
- Supporting product launches and iterating on features based on performance data and user feedback
- Skincredible+ reverse lookup and recommendation enhancements to our consumer journey
- Proficiency in SQL
- Good communications skills and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders
- Good time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Innovative and creative, continually looking to demonstrate and drive improvement to boost commercial outcomes
