Working on a series of exciting projects to scale our impact.Internship Role: Digital MarketingThis is part of NYC Youth Corp Civic Internship program.Only applicable for Singaporean and PR, 18-25 years old.Deadline: 12 July 2025Job DescriptionAre you a Storyteller?If you have a flair to craft and design exciting content on our social media platforms to drive reach and engagement, this is the opportunity that you are looking for!In this collaborative, entry-level role, you will get hands-on experience in end-to-end execution and management of digital marketing campaigns. You will get to engage with various stakeholders from varied causes ranging from Mental Health, PWDs, Arts & Heritage and Seniors to tell their stories to impact and shift mindset.The ideal candidate will have graphic design and copywriting skills, a social media expert who is familiar with the latest trends to execute innovative and strong campaigns and strategies for different social media platforms like Insta, Facebook, Youtube, Tiktok and LinkedIn.Roles & Responsibilities: * Social Media ManagementOversee and manage social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Linkedin and TikTok. * Audience EngagementStrategize and implement plans to engage audiences and grow followers. * CopywritingWrite compelling copy for social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral. * Content CreationAssist in designing and creating written, video, and image content for marketing channels. * Strategic PlanningParticipate in marketing brainstorming sessions.Learning Objectives & Outcomes * To be exposed to managing and optimizing social media channels like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- To be able to create, schedule, and manage content calendars to maintain consistent brand presence across platforms.
- To apply audience engagement strategies to grow and retain followers through targeted content and community management.
- To participate in marketing brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaign planning and execution.
- To learn how to craft compelling copy for social media posts, promotional materials, and other marketing content.
- To gain knowledge in content creation, including developing written, visual, and video materials tailored for different platforms.
- Experience in content creation and management of social media platforms.
- Proficient in designing, video editing and photography is a huge plus.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe photoshop, premiere), DaVinci, Canva, Capcut
- Creative, positive attitude in learning.
