EDB’s FCI division oversees Whole-of-Government efforts to engage family offices (FOs) and activate their capital in support of Singapore’s economic and national priorities. The team works closely with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) on the development of the FO ecosystem, while also driving initiatives to catalyse quality capital, expertise, and networks into areas such as sustainability, healthcare, deep tech, and innovation.[What you will be working on]Job ResponsibilitiesYou will be part of the team which manages a wide range of FO engagements, project discussions and policy initiatives. Your responsibilities include the following areas:1. Account Engagement and Administration
  • Engage a diverse range of FOs to advance policy and strategy outcomes for Singapore.
  • Provide account management and operational support in FCI’s engagements, collaborating within EDB and across government agencies to engage FOs.
  • Identify avenues to deepen the relevance of these engagements to Singapore, including facilitating public-private sector discussions involving FOs with relevant stakeholders on strategic sectors of interest.
2. Product and Platform Development
  • Conceptualise, design, and operationalise products, platforms, or initiatives that enable scalable crowding-in of family office capital into Singapore’s economic priorities.
  • Work with government stakeholders and divisions within EDB to identify gaps and opportunities where private capital can play a catalytic role in advancing national priorities.
  • Co-develop solutions with external ecosystem partners (e.g. intermediaries, enablers) to lower barriers to capital flow and broaden participation.
  • Assess impact and scalability of these initiatives, and iterate design to ensure long-term sustainability and alignment with Singapore’s value-capture objectives.
3. Ecosystem Building and Partnerships
  • Identify and cultivate new partnerships with relevant stakeholders (e.g. venture builders, catalytic platforms, philanthropic intermediaries) to expand opportunities for capital flow.
  • Build strong working relationships with ecosystem partners to deliver joint initiatives that strengthen Singapore’s position as a leading hub for family offices and impact capital.
  • Stay attuned to global and regional trends in FO investing, blended finance, and capital mobilisation to inform new initiatives.

  • At least 3-8 years of relevant working experience in strategy development, account management, business development
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder partnerships and translate strategies into executable outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills to design, implement and evaluate scalable capital pathways.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage senior leaders and diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for driving positive social and economic impact through mobilising private capital.
  • Singaporean.
Good to have:
  • Experience in product or platform development, ecosystem building, or structuring collaborative initiatives.
  • Familiarity with family office dynamics, capital mobilisation, blended finance or Singapore’s enterprise ecosystem.
