· Core Hub Driving Platform Growth: This role is central to our core business operations, encompassing end-to-end lifecycle management of DSP partners-from acquisition and onboarding to sustained growth. Your contributions will directly translate into platform revenue and market share.
· Creating Business Value Through Deep Operations: Going beyond mere client relationship management, you will deeply empower partners by leveraging data analysis, strategic optimization, and resource coordination to address their core challenges, achieve their business goals, and establish stable, long-term strategic partnerships built on mutual trust.
· Collaborate and Co-create with Top-Tier Product and Technical Teams: As a key bridge between client needs and platform capabilities, you will translate frontline market insights into high-quality product requirements, directly driving the technical iteration and strategic direction of our advertising platform, exerting influence far beyond the scope of a single role.Responsibilities:
1. Partner Acquisition and Signing: Independently responsible for identifying, engaging, and signing top-tier DSP partners in target regions or industries, expanding the platform's high-quality demand-side ecosystem.
2. Data-Driven Business Optimization: Conduct in-depth analysis of collaboration data to form and implement precise traffic operation and growth strategies, enhancing overall business revenue and ensuring sustained growth.
3. Customer Success and Relationship Management: Establish regular review mechanisms, providing clients with customized in-depth data analysis and market insight reports to identify growth opportunities, enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, and ensure long-term strategic partnerships.
4. Market Insight and Product Enablement: Systematically collect and analyze competitor dynamics and partner feedback to provide decision-making support for the iterative optimization of product and algorithm teams.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- 5+ years of experience in the programmatic advertising industry, with a composite background in customer expansion (BD/sales) and operations at leading advertising platforms (ADX/SSP/DSP operations).
- Familiarity with the overseas advertising market, with relevant resources or work experience involving DSPs, 4A agencies, or large programmatic advertising platforms.
- Excellent English language skills, capable of serving as a working language for business and technical communication.
- Understanding of the different optimization metrics and applicable scenarios for brand and performance advertising.
- Exceptional logical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes based on data insights and drive solutions.
- Outstanding project management and cross-departmental collaboration skills, capable of efficiently coordinating internal resources to achieve business objectives.Preferred Qualifications:
- Deep understanding of the programmatic advertising (RTB) ecosystem and technical principles, familiarity with the ad trading process, and the core demands of various participants.
- Strong data analysis capabilities, proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis, and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, functions, etc.).
- Strong business acumen and results-oriented mindset, taking ownership of both client success and platform growth.
