Job Responsibilities

Involve in clinical services (attend ambulatory services & multidisciplinary rounds)
Provide drug information to respective healthcare personnel in the organization
Provide support for the development of drug information resources for healthcare professionals
Oversee the work of pharmacy technician and assistant
Involve in quality improvement and safety activities within the department

Requirements

Min Degre/ Master in Clinical Pharmacy
Fully registered with Singapore Pharmacy Council
Min 2-3 years of experience in clinical pharmacy setting is an added advantage
Good communication, organization and problem-solving skills
