
Executive Host (Loyalty Club)

- Provide excellent service to all Marina Bay Sands loyalty programme guests and assist them with their needs and requests.
- Thoroughly understand the Marina Bay Sands loyalty programmes and respond to any enquiries regarding the programme information.
- Manage the Loyalty Club Membership counters and assist with Sands Rewards Club and Sands LifeStyle membership enrollment.
- Provide personalised service to all Paiza LifeStyle members.
- Assist with Special Events and Promotions.
- Work closely with stakeholders (such as Retailers, Retail Concierage, Transportation, Front Office, Cage, Table Games, etc.) on guests’ requests and feedback, and ensure that excellent guest satisfaction is achieved.
- Ensure compliance to the organization’s guidelines and regulations when carrying out work duties.
- Perform all other adhoc duties as and when required.
- Secondary education preferred
- Prior experience in Hospitality or Customer Service will be advantageous
- No experience required as training will be provided
- Customer-focused, excellent team player and possess good problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word and Excel.
- Able to work on rotating shifts, public holidays and weekends.
