
IT Technician

- Perform deployment exercises per customer requests.
- Ensure the proper deployment process is follows.
- Effective escalation of complex issues to next level for assistance in a timely manner
- Provide accurate and timely documentation in IT Service Management Tool.
- Perform IMACD service requests (install, move, add, change & decommission) of IT equipment and software.
- Proactive update and follow up to end users.
- Coordination and liaison with customer or other support teams
- Focus on SLA and resolution process.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Guide end user on required applicable tasks.
- Timely status updates to close open work orders
- Administrative tasks when required.
- Other adhoc task as assigned
- Minimum NITEC in IT
- Required to support Chinese speaking users
- Basic IT knowledge
- It is a roaming role, candidate must be willing to travel around (transport cost reimbursement)
