- Lead the instore visual teams to deliver world-class visual executions
- Drive the visual direction to create holistic and innovative store aesthetics
- Think laterally and strategically to drive a visual plan across the region/ AOR
- Train and develop Visual team on exemplary brand visual standards
- Conduct store visits to assess visual standards and quality of the visual implementation of promotional activities and seasonal launches - SVR visits monthly
- Review feedback from stores and customers and take remedial action as necessary - push feedback upwards
- Work with the Operations team to implement plans for new market entry, new store openings, and challenged stores
- Leading VM decisions on business acumen/ performance of best sellers/departments' performance
- Develop team to execute creative and innovative mannequin styling focusing on current market trends, key styles, and detailing
- Execution of new seasonal VP directives and guidelines - ability to effectively interpret guidelines to store requirements and implement seasonal updates efficiently and in line with the vision
- Product knowledge on seasonal stories, key investments, and brand-driven campaigns
- POP and mannequin management
- Implement all Visual processes and procedures to deliver best practices across all stores in the area of responsibility
- Support with BOH management to help service sales floor - POP management/ wardrobe imagery/ benefit sign management
- Plan and implement challenged store rezoning/ COE
- Create photo reports and work with VMs to create presentation reports and keep visual records of all VM updates and campaigns
- Prepare monthly /weekly activity schedules for the area of responsibility according to the overall visual plan, incorporating ad hoc events where necessary
- Provide line manager and local suppliers (where relevant) with feedback on the quality/content of the visual material
- Management and implementation of seasonal marketing updates including wardrobe images & benefit signs
- Work with line manager to define objectives and KPIs for fiscal year
- Takes ownership of his/her own learning agenda by identifying development needs in consultation with the
- Challenge and develop self through pushing boundaries and lateral thinking
- Manage and develop subordinates to ensure a harmonious and productive team working closely with the operations team
- Diploma/Degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Marketing or in relevant field
- 2 - 4 years of experience in Visual Merchandising in relevant field
- Proficiency in visual merchandising tools and techniques, including layout design, color theory and product presentation
- Able to work well with tight deadlines in a fast pace environment and deliver viable solutions in a timely manner
- Proficient in MS Office and PowerPoint
- Good Project Management, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills and detail-oriented mindset

- Able to work on weekends for events/activation and night works when required
- Flexibility to travel to different stores locations
