- Collaborate with shipping companies, agents, and internal stakeholders to coordinate the transportation and distribution of bulk shipments.
- Monitor transportation schedules, track shipments, and resolve any logistics issues or delays.
- Continuously evaluate transportation routes, modes, and carriers to identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and reduced environmental impact.
- Coordinate with customers, shipping companies, and agents to schedule and document bulk shipments efficiently and on time.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock monitoring, reconciliation, and collaboration with procurement to maintain adequate supply.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production schedules based on storage capacity and customer demand.
- Coordinate vessel schedules, loading, and discharge operations to meet customer requirements and optimize operational efficiency.
- Monitor and manage vessel performance, including tracking voyage progress, fuel consumption, and operational costs.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in bulk operations, vessel operations and chartering is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
