- Develop and ensure effective relationship management with new and existing agents to increase sales to meet business targets and to ensure long term business partnership.
- Actively identify opportunities to introduce company products and develop new sales enquiries thereby increasing the revenue opportunity within each producer business portfolio.
- Advise producers on policies and operating procedures and processes to ensure functional effectiveness of business.
- Monitor and analyze producers’ performance to determine focus of sales efforts and ensuring profitable growth.
- Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims, Finance and IT teams to facilitate prompt and efficient servicing support to producers.
- Compliance to corporate governance and industry regulations and procedures.
- Gather market intelligence to ensure company’s competitiveness and capitalize on market opportunities to identify trends and develop new ways to grow the business profitably.
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Holder of Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) and Health Insurance qualification
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong relationship building, customer focus and management skills
- Strong interpersonal, communications, negotiations and analytical skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
